Andrew Broccoli

BIOGRAPHY

After completing a business degree, he worked for 5 years then joined Bombardier in 1999 where he worked for 8 years. During his tenure at Bombardier, Andrew was involved in many projects including pricing of the Global XRS & G5000. He was also the finance manager to engineering and production departments where he acquired knowledge of the aviation industry. He moved on to be a production delivery manager for Bombardier Global aircraft where his main duties were to ensure production activities were completed on time in addition to assuring the highest level of quality. He was also responsible for the completion centers mobile repair team (MRP), where he assured the complete customer satisfaction away from the completion centre. In 2007 Andrew was made the director of completion at a consulting firm in Montréal. In that capacity, he was responsible for the inspection of aircrafts from pre-completion through to pre-purchase. In addition, he implemented and managed the completion management process for a multitude of satellite stations. Over the past twenty years, Andrew has been directly involved with over one hundred and fifty completions and deliveries.

PHIL TARDIF

BIOGRAPHY

He began his career in 1990 in the air force reserve. After graduating as an aircraft maintenance engineer in 1993, He worked with an organization that performed heavy maintenance on piston engine aircraft, turbo propeller aircraft and Bell Helicopter products, where he obtained his transport Canada certification as a license maintenance engineer. In 1998, he joined the Bombardier Global Completion Center as a lead technician in the pre-flight department; he was responsible for the aircraft from the green stage through to the aircraft delivery, always ensuring all conformities were met. This also involved daily interaction with customers to update them of the aircraft progress while maintaining customer satisfaction. He went on to work for several different organizations where he gained extensive maintenance experience as well as type courses on Bombardier CRJ 100-200-850, the Global platform, Boeing 737 600-700-800 (BBJ), Boeing 757-767, Airbus 319-320 as well as Bell Helicopters. He has been working as a customer representative since 2007 where he has carried out multiple pre-buy inspections, green aircraft inspections, aircraft maintenance oversight, completion and delivery management.
